Pretty Sensible - Using the Teece Matrix
This is an example of a team using the Teece matrix to understand what kind of business proposition they have and what sort of business model they need to follow. It turns out they are positioned in the most difficult quadrant of the matrix for making money!
Note: you should not present a Teece analysis in an investor pitch. This is simply an exercise which a team may use internally as it develops its business case and selects an appropriate business model.
